Like a snake shedding its skin, the Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) has emerged from a difficult period and it is now embracing a fresh start.

The federation was marred by administrative chaos, which led to a motion of no confidence against the executive committee last year. A new committee was elected into office and is putting things back together.

BVF media relations and marketing officer, Joe Brown Tlhaselo, told MmegiSport that after a full year without volleyball activities in 2025, their immediate mission as the newly elected committee was clear.
