Countless times the Botswana Football League’s (BFL) revolving door has swung to welcome a new sheriff amidst soaring expectations for the local game, but the highly charged Lekidi Centre environment has proved too suffocating for almost all its arrivals. Billy Sekgororoane, known for his social media engagements on ‘problem solving’, is the latest to check in at the BFL. Often at hand to proffer solutions to some common problems facing Botswana across the spectrum, Sekgororoane finds himself in the cross-hairs, now tasked with putting his theoretical ‘problem solving’ submissions into practice.

Sekgororoane was picked from a group of candidates who included Tshepo Sedimo, Sidney Magagane, Bennett Mamelodi, Olebile Sikwane and Senzo Mbatha.
