Mosutha scoops Blitz Chess Championships title

Former national chess champion, Candidate Master (CM) Thuso Mosutha is the winner of the 2024 Botswana Chess Federation (BCF) FIDE-rated Blitz Chess Championships.

The championships, which were held on Saturday at University of Botswana, were sponsored by Courier Afrique Ltd to the tune of P10, 000.

Mosutha made a strong comeback after losing to Thuso Mpene and Sebetela Gaasite to scoop the title with a score of 9/11 and pocket P2, 000, a gold medal and a trophy.
