Mamaloukos eyes rare double

Just a week after clinching the Botswana Motor Sport (BMS) National Off-Road Championship, Kosmas Mamaloukos is eyeing the motocross title.

The young biker is seeking to get into an elite class of local riders that includes the celebrated Ross Branch, to become the BMS national double champion. Mamaloukos finished first in the OR3 class in the off-road championship and earned enough points to become the national off-road champion.

This weekend, Mamaloukos is among a group raring to go for the last two rounds of the BMS national motocross championship to be held in Orapa.
