Jwaneng Galaxy etched their name deeper into Botswana football history after winning the FA Cup for a third consecutive time, coming from behind to defeat Mochudi Centre Chiefs 2-1 in a thrilling final played before a packed National Stadium on Friday night.

The victory saw Galaxy achieve a feat in the Orange FA Cup previously accomplished by Gaborone United (GU), who won the competition three years in succession (2020, 2022, and 2023).

Galaxy's latest triumph underlines the club's growing stature as one of the country’s dominant football forces.
