Road block: GU faces a hurdle in Orapa United

Reigning champions, Gaborone United (GU) are desperate to return to winning ways this weekend but a defiant Orapa United could prove to be an unmovable obstacle.

The Reds have recently hit a slump in form with just two wins from their last five games. The dip is the worst since their last season’s championship triumph. This has allowed challengers to catch up as Jwaneng Galaxy ascended to the top of the standings last weekend.

From being the pacesetter, GU is now the chaser as they trail Galaxy by two points. But they still enjoy a three-point buffer over their weekend's opponents. However, a win for the Ostriches will see them draw level with GU on points.
