It will be a game of numbers this afternoon when the 16 Botswana Football League (BFL) clubs meet at Lekidi Centre to elect a new chairperson to replace Peter Kesitilwe, who recently quit the Premier League organ.

Kesitilwe left in a huff following a tense BFL annual general assembly in Palapye last month, which saw chief executive, Bennett Mamelodi also throw in the towel.

But Mamelodi, who has been serving notice and was due to leave office today, has been asked to stay put until a substantive candidate has been found.
