BNOC without CEO as Olympics loom

With a few months left before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) remains without a substantive CEO.

Tebogo Kesupile is the acting CEO, a role she assumed after the departure of Botho Bayendi last year.

There was excitement within the sporting fraternity when Bayendi was introduced as the CEO on a five-year contract in April 2022. Bayendi joined the BNOC replacing Tuelo Serufho who moved to the Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC).
