Zebras brand war takes nasty twist

The battle over the Zebra trademark deepened yesterday following revelations that its registered owner, Tumisang Keitseng - through her lawyers, has instructed the Botswana Football Association (BFA) and technical sponsor, All Kasi to surrender, within seven days, all clothing items which bear the Zebra mark for destruction.

Keitseng's lawyers, Tengo Rubadiri attorneys delivered the letter with the demand yesterday. BFA has also been ordered to give details of profits derived from the Zebras' trademark.
