Young Zebras host depleted Zimbabwe

A fierce battle is on the cards when the Young Zebras host neighbours, Zimbabwe, in the first leg of the All-Africa Games qualifier at the Molepolole Stadium this afternoon. Kick-off is 4:00pm.

The Botswana Under-23 side got a major boost when Gaborone United released star midfielder Ofentse Nato to join the squad. The lanky midfield grafter missed last week's Olympic qualifier against Egypt after his club said they feared he faced a burn-out as he has played too many games.

Under-23 coach, Daniel 'Chicco' Nare, will take solace in his return after Santos withdrew the trio of Mogakolodi 'Tsotso' Ngele, Thato 'Yellow' Bolweleng and Bakang 'Dolezar' Moeng.
