Who will it be?

Gaborone United (GU) duo, Ofentse Nato and Joseph Phetogo and Mochudi Centre Chiefs defender, Given Mpundu have been short-listed for the P50,000 be MOBILE Premier League player of the season award.

The awards ceremony will take place this evening at the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC) from 7pm. 

The crowning of the player of the season is expected to be the highlight of the evening. GU have lifted the P1 million league title while former Nico United man, Master Masitara is the winner of the P25,000 top scorer award. The striker left to join a Mozambican side before the league ended but still nobody was able to overhaul his 27 goal tally. The Zimbabwean target man was joint winner of the award last season with former Mochudi Centre Chiefs' striker, Jerome Ramatlhakwana and each striker got P5,000.
