War of words erupts between Zim agent and clubs

A bitter war of words has erupted between two local clubs - Mochudi Centre Chiefs and TAFIC and a Zimbabwean player agency Links International - after the company accused the two Premiership giants of breaching contractual agreements.

Links International manages Chiefs' duo of Arnold Chaka and Elvis Meleka, as well as TAFIC trio of Bevan Chikaka, Audience Rundofa and captain Tafadzwa Maingire.

Managing director Omega Sibanda claims the clubs have breached several contractual agreements, principally in non-payment of salaries and signing on fees. The five players moved to Botswana during the pre-season.
