Walker to represent Botswana in WSF Challenge

The prestigious championship kicks off with pools on September 6-8 while the semis and finals have been pencilled for September 9-10. This year's event features eight men and eight women competing initially in two pools of four, followed by semi finals and final. The top ranked players from each of the five continents will be invited, together with the second highest ranked player from each of the top three represented continents, who come from a different country in that continent.

The draw into pools will be based upon the June world rankings. Walker, who was in the country last month on an off-season break, has started preparing for the championship. He is excited about prospects of representing the country, as it signals the likelihood of his desire to don Botswana colours in the near future.
