Volleyball league finish pushed back

The Mascom Volleyball League, which was scheduled to finish this weekend, has been extended, as there is still a backlog of fixtures due to, among others the national team's commitments earlier this year.

The Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) holds its delayed annual general meeting (AGM) in Gaborone on Saturday, which means all games will only be played on Sunday.

BVF vice president, Odisitse Keotsene said it was envisaged that the league would end on time, but was pushed forward by several factors including the men's team participating in the Nations' Cup in Morocco.
