Two-horse race in First Division South

It is a two horse race in the First Division South with Security Systems and Prisons XI setting the stage for a grand finale.

Systems have emerged as the surprise package and sit ahead of Prisons XI at the top. System are still perched at the peak following   their 3-1 victory over relegation bound Mathaithai. The win left the Gaborone side, which only gained promotion to the First Division South league at the beginning of the season on 45 points, a point ahead of early pace setters Prisons XI.

Systems made an immediate impact after their promotion inflicting pain on many fancied sides and it came as no surprise when they climbed to the top last week. However, Prisons would claim a better record as they have not lost a game since the start of the league, while the log leaders have lost three games against Jwaneng Comets, Modipane United and Prisons XI.
