It has been quiet on the Premier League "stock exchange" since the player transfer window opened this month. This time round there have been no big-name signings. Actually there is no scramble for players.
Premier League secretary Setete Phuthego said that it (the market) has been "unusually quiet" because there has been little or no business at all since the transfer window opened this month.
