The great rookie hope of the north

The Francistown side is even in better position for a historic Premier League title than their two town rivals TASC who faltered at the last hurdle three years ago and TAFIC which finished second in 1992.

ECCO have been perched at the apex of the Premier League for four months now and their scintillating performances have seen pundits tip them as the first champions from the north. Francistown soccer buffs smack their lips in anticipation of a first ever league title. In the rest of the country, neutrals are rooting for ECCO to go all the way. The secret behind the success has been discipline and teamwork rather than individual display of talent.
