The Private Tertiary Institution Association (PTIA) received P70,000 from Etudiant Medical Aid scheme for sports development during a ceremony held at Botho University on Tuesday.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, PTIA president Keorapetse Setlhare said the association would use the funds to develop sporting infrastructure in private institutions.

“Only a few private institutions such as Limkokwing and Botho University have sporting infrastructures, therefore we are looking forward to developing other institutions,” he said.
