TASC will survive the chop-coach

FRANCISTOWN: TASC caretaker coach Mothusi Seditse has expressed optimism that his struggling charges would fare better in the remaining seven games of the season. So far, the Tango Boys with only 20 points are languishing in the relegation zone with Prisons XI and Satmos.

Seditse contended that their ultimate goal is to win at least four matches to haul themselves from the danger zone. He was speaking after his boys shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw with visiting Uniao Flamengo Santos at the weekend. The former midfielder pointed out that there is no pressure yet because they still have games to play. He is happy that the clubs below TASC -  Prisons XI and Satmos - are experiencing problems and this means the Tango Boys are safe.

"We still have games remaining and I am hopeful that we might get something from the games," he said confidently. He added that their plan is to work hard and avoid outright relegation or the promotional play-offs with clubs from the First Division. He said that play-offs are dangerous because teams from the First Division are salivating to play in Premier League and anything is possible. TASC strikers are experiencing a goal drought and Seditse is worried about this.
