FRANCISTOWN: Tafic defeated city rivals ECCO City Greens by a solitary goal marking a good start to the new season in a dull 'derby of the north' at the Francistown Stadium on Saturday. Tafic striker Anderson Siphambe capitalised on a defensive blunder by ECCO in the 50th minute to score the only goal of the game.
Emmanuel Nlu blundered playing a weak back pass that could not reach his goalkeeper Michael Onkutlule giving Siphambe a chance to divert the ball and slot it into the net.
