TAFIC face six months suspension

TAFIC Football Club could be slapped with a six-month suspension when they appear before the Premier League Disciplinary Committee (DC) tomorrow over charges pertaining to failure to honour a league match last month.

The Francistown side took five players to their league game against Motlakase Power Dynamos in Selebi-Phikwe on December 19, forcing match officials to call off the match.

The cash-strapped side will now answer two charges with the first being breach of clause 14:14 of the Botswana Football Association (BFA) Play Rules and Regulations.
