Swimming team departs for Zambia

The swimming team leaves for Lusaka, Zambia today to compete in the 10th Africa Junior Championships and returns on December 2.

Botswana Swimming Sport Association (BSSA) spokesperson Priscilla Parker told Mmegi Sport that the eight-strong team comprises six boys and two girls.

The boys’ team is Kristian van Der Merwe, Matthew Ives, Andre van Der Merwe, Michael Botha, David van Der Colff and Kitso Matija. The girls’ squad is made up of Tanya Toth and Larissa Fourie.
