Sweet Revenge For BDF Women

It was sweet revenge for defending champions, BDF V when they overcame Dolphins 60-32 in an exciting women Botswana Basketball Association (BBA) League played on Friday night. The army side lost to Dolphins a fortnight ago by just a point in a tightly contested match.

The Friday revenge was even sweeter because it was their first win of the season.

They lost to their bitter rivals Police V in the opening game before a narrow loss to Dolphins and UB Relics.  But on Friday they finally got it right with an improved performance.  The beleaguered BDF V was out of the blocks quite fast, attacking their opponents from the start.
