Stakeholders applaud Debswana tourney

The finals of the tournament were held at the Police College over the weekend with Mafolofolo lifting the women's title, while BDF VI topped the men's competition.

Mafolofolo women's club captain, Tshepo Serwe said there was a lot of improvement this year as teams always turned up in time for games. She added that umpires were also always available for games unlike in the past. She said that the competition was tough as most teams looked more prepared and showed determination. Serwe told Mmegi Sport that there was a major improvement because they played all their games indoors. She pleaded with Debswana to continue sponsoring the tournament.
