Stage set for Bridgestone qualifiers

All softball teams are expected to participate in this weekend's Botswana Softball Association (BSA) qualifiers for the Bridgestone Women Championships for the South zone.

Four teams will qualify but BSA spokesperson Pako Maforaga, says every team will be given a chance because BSA wants to encourage competitiveness and raise softball standards in the country.

The successful teams will join defending champions Vikings and the hosts, Carats, who have automatically qualified for the finals in Orapa on November 3-4.
