Zambian striker, Bernard Semakwezi has said he wants to leave Township Rollers because he has been sidelined in favour of Terrence Mandaza and Mohammed Chawila.

Since Zimbabwean coach Rahman Gumbo took over at Rollers, the player has found it very difficult even to make it to the bench and most of the time, he is in the stands when the team is playing. Last Friday he did not even bother to attend Rollers' game with Police XI at the Molepololole Stadium. Rollers lost the game 2-1 and it was clear that they struggled upfront as the partnership between youngster Edwin Moalosi and Mandaza failed to bear fruits.

Semakwezi said he is no longer enjoying his stay at Rollers because he is not playing.  "If I was playing, it would be better," he said. He wants to go back to BDF XI or to join Gaborone United (GU).  However, he said, Rollers want  to decide for him which club to join. "I want them to release me but they want to choose the club I got to," he said.
