Sexual harassment reports split karate

Concerns: Some karate coaches want an explanation on sexual harassment reports PIC: PHATSIMO KAPENG

Some Botswana Karate Association (BOKA) coaches have demanded answers from one of their own, Mpho Bakwadi over allegations he made that sexual harassment was rife in the sport.

The coaches wrote a letter to BOKA requesting for an investigation into sexual harassment allegations that Bakwadi made in the media.

According to the letter, which was written on February 15, the coaches complained that the allegations were an attack on the integrity of karate, local coaches and sport in general.
