Setete adopts wait and see approach

He said what is important is that the judge said the Premier League board does not have the powers to institute disciplinary action against their client.

Mazimo said if the disciplinary process continues as it is, it would be illegal. In his ruling, Justice Isaac Bahuma said although the Premier League board initiated disciplinary proceedings against Setete, it had clearly usurped powers, which in terms of the constitution it does not possess.
