Suspended Botswana Premier League (BPL) general manager, Phuthego Setete and his lawyers, Otto Itumeleng and Paul Mazimo are yet to make a decision on the way forward following the Industrial Court's ruling on Tuesday, where Setete was seeking a court interdict on the disciplinary proceedings instituted against him.

Mazimo said if the disciplinary process continues as it is, it would be illegal. In his ruling, Justice Isaac Bahuma said although the Premier League board initiated disciplinary proceedings against Setete, it had clearly usurped powers, which in terms of the constitution it does not possess.
