Sedie tragedy shock football fraternity

Members of the soccer fraternity have expressed shock at the fatal road accident involving students and teachers of Sedie Community Junior Secondary School.

The students were on their way home after winning the Botswana Integrated Sports Association (BISA)/Coca Cola Soccer Schools Challenge over the weekend.

The Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC), Chief Executive Officer, Kitso Kemoeng said they wish to extend their condolences to the families of the deceased, the headmaster of the school and the students, BISA as well as the Botswana Football Association (BFA) and the football fraternity at large. He added that all should draw comfort from the fact that the deceased departed this world as champions. He wished all those who sustained injuries from the accident a speedy recovery.
