Satmos woes continue in Phikwe

Despite starting the match like a house on fire, FC Satmos went down 3-1 to BDF XI in Selebi-Phikwe on Friday night. The game was entertaining as Satmos showed little or no respect for their more experienced opponents, launching attack after attack but were unlucky not to score. Satmos's sixth minute attempt was easily dealt with by goalkeeper Michael Pepukane.
BDF XI came into the game on the backdrop of a 2-2 draw with Gunners, while Satmos had lost 7-1 to champions Township Rollers. In the 11th minute, BDF's Molatedi Mabina nearly scored but missed by a whisker. Satmos continued playing good football and seemed to be in perfect shape as they had BDF XI chasing shadows. Satmos's clear chance in the 43rd minute went begging yet again thanks to over elaboration by their attackers.
It was 0-0 at half time.
