Satmos, Hotspurs in tight race

SELEBI-PHIKWE: A fierce battle for top spot has ensued in the First Division North League where leaders FC Satmos hold a slender one-point advantage over Mahalapye Hotspurs.

Satmos are left with two games while Hotspurs have three. The Cheetahs travel to Maun to face struggling Maun Tigers tomorrow while Hotspurs are away to unpredictable No Mathata in Selebi-Phikwe.

Satmos will pray that their cross-town rivals will do them a huge favour against Hotspurs. The Mahalapye side led the log for sometime before Satmos took charge. Hotspurs suffered a setback at the weekend when they lost to Tonota FC 1-0 in Mahalapye.
