Rugby minnows out to cause havoc

Division A rugby league debutants, Botho University Ryders seem to be on a mission to cause havoc this season after a brilliant start.

BU Ryders kicked off the league by brushing aside Mochudi Rugby Club 37-0. Ryders were promoted to the A Division after winning the B Division last year. Club chairperson, Simon Kanaimba told Mmegi Sport that playing in the top league excites them.

He said his team worked hard to gain promotion. Kanaimba said beating a team that was already in the league was an achievement and the win motivated the players.
