Rolling Boys want to revert to Security Systems

Newly promoted beMOBILE Premiership side, Rolling Boys will revert to the name, Security Systems next season. The club changed its name to Rolling Boys after being de-registered by the Botswana Football Association (BFA) at the start of the 2013/2014 season. Systems merged with the then second division outfit, Tsholofelo Rolling Boys.

Club chairperson, Lenamile Letsogile told Mmegi Sport this week that they are in the process of reviving their name. He said Security Systems is a marketing tool for their sponsor. He said the name is still in existence although not registered with the BFA.

“We are excited to have gained promotion after struggling in the Debswana First Division league,” he said. Club president, Gabriel Nkgetse said it was exciting times for his club. He said at the beginning of the season they were determined to gain promotion to the Premier League and their achievement did not come as a surprise.
