Rollers Strengthen Technical Squad

Gaborone giants Township Rollers have roped in Desmond Molefe as assistant coach and Professor Onyewadume as physical trainer in a bid to strengthen the technical bench ahead of the upcoming season.

Head coach Rahman Gumbo and goalkeeper trainer Thabo Motang complete the new look Rollers' technical bench. Last season, Rollers got off to a good start but faded along the way. It is said club officials decided to strengthen the technical bench to avoid a repeat.

Molefe is an experienced former international and Rollers' left-winger who contributed immensely to the success of Mapalastina in the 1990s. Onyewadume, a lecturer at the University of Botswana (UB) is not new to Rollers' set-up. He has coached the club before though he did not last long.
