Rollers set to grab Amos

FRANCISTOWN: Township Rollers are set to catch another big name player by signing TASC and Zebras' defender Ernest Amos. Rollers' spokesman, Kaiser Sekaba said they are in talks with the player and a deal will be concluded very soon. "We have not agreed yet but we have shown interest in him. We have officially written to his team to grant us permission to talk to him and they have agreed," Sekaba told Mmegi Sport.

The player could have long joined Rollers, but the move was stalled when he joined the Zebras' training camp for the COSAFA Castle Cup. If things go well, he might make his Rollers' debut in the Coca-Cola Cup clash with Premier League champions, ECCO City Greens. Sekaba said Amos is an experienced player who can bring much-needed guidance to the young boys.
