Rollers' ruling in January

High Court Judge Leatile Dambe will make a ruling on January 4 as to whether the case between some members of Township Rollers and their club have to go for further case management or not.

Mookodi Seisa and others through their lawyer, Sibanda, have applied to the High Court to nullify the turning of the club from a society into a company.

Rollers is represented by Kgosietsile Ngakaagae who told the court that there were disputes of facts and therefore requested that the matter should go for further case management before the preliminaries of the case could be argued before court.
