She said her committee found that the requirement for exclusivity in the BFA-Mascom sponsorship contract is not unreasonable under circumstances. "It is trite that any party providing sponsorship does it for a number of reasons and for commercial entities, sponsorship is provided as a marketing tool for that company such that it would be unreasonable to provide a direct competitor similar visibility," she said.
