Oris 'Boyo' Radipotsane is the new BMC coach after the sacking of Zimbabwean, Godfrey Tamirepi at the end of the season. BMC chairman, Joe Ramotshabi said they are confident that Radipotsane, a former Jwaneng Comets' coach will deliver.

"We believe that he has what it takes to drive the team to greater heights. His appointment did not come about as a desperate measure; he is experienced and well acquainted. There could be a wide range of things that we might be aiming to achieve but the most important thing is for him to guide the team to a better league finish than the number nine position we finished in last season," Ramotshabi said. Radipotsane faces the tough task of lifting the club from the doldrums after two seasons of near relegation.

Ramotshabi said they are still to sit down with the coach to outline the targets he is expected to meet in the coming season. He said that it would be unrealistic for BMC to set any targets for the new coach before they recruit new players.
