Prisons XI coach, Digger Montwedi has warned his players not to be carried away in the wake of his team's good form, which has seen them maintain top spot for five weeks.

The First Division (South) side is ahead of the pack with 12 points after four straight wins and look determined to tighten their grip at the top."It is too early to celebrate, it is good to have the team playing so well in the early stages, because it helps the players' confidence as the league intensify. But it would be suicidal to make any conclusions at this stage, the fact that we are at the peak means we are now the target," Montwedi told Mmegi Sport.

However, the former Prisons XI player has denied that he is under pressure to maintain top spot until the last game of the league."I know people expect a lot, especially that unlike the past seasons we have started well this time, but I have been a player and I know how to handle pressure. Right now I do not feel any pressure because our wins are a result of good play, we have not won the games by luck," he said. The coach said that the young players signed during the transfer window, have gelled well with the rest of the team and that they were benefiting from the experience of veteran players like former Zebras' centre back ,Kabelo Kgosiang,  Tatenda Mbikiwa, Kabelo Motlhabane and Gaolebe Mokolokoto.
