Platinum Stars coming to Botswana

South African, Premiership side Platinum Stars will take part in a four-team invitational tournament alongside local teams Mochudi Centre Chiefs, Extension Gunners and Uniao Flamengo Santos at the Molepolole Sports Complex tomorrow.

The opening game pits Santos against Lobatse side Gunners at 9am before Chiefs square-off against Stars at 11am. The losers' final will be played at 1pm hrs while the final has been scheduled for 4pm.

Platinum Stars coach Owen da Gama has said they will use the games to fine-tune their preparations for the new season and scout for good players. The South African season starts next weekend.
