Former Ghana international Abedi Pele Ayew has advised Uniao Flamengo Santos' exciting forward Mogakolodi 'Tsotso' Ngele that to be successful in football, he has to live a clean life and respect the people around him. Pele is the ambassador of the Standard Bank African Cup of Nations trophy tour.

He visited Botswana for three days last week as part of the tour. He told the down to earth Ngele not to be carried away by success. "There is no point of drinking alcohol and smoking when you play at the top. You need to be focused in your football because that's your career. When you're at the top, everyone would want a piece of you and that's where you need to be careful," said the African legend.

Pele has promised to help Ngele realise his dream of playing football outside Botswana. He told the striker that success in a foreign country requires a lot of guts. "Sometimes you'll find yourself frustrated but it is important that you know what you want to achieve.
