Panthers over-come Dinare in softball CLASH

Panthers beat Dinare 4-2 in an entertaining Estate Construction men softball league on Saturday to take its tally to 20 points.

Despite the loss, Dinare started well stopping all Panthers bats in the first inning. When it was their turn to bat they got going with Baarongwa Mmapitsa getting their first run. Dinare could have registered more runs when one of the players was walked after being hit by the ball on his feet leading to all the bases being occupied.

The game was not an easy one for the two sides with the pitchers outstanding. Panthers experienced pitcher, Tony Moyo had a field day against the youthful Dinare side. Moyo's fast pitches proved so difficult to deal with most of the time. Though things got tough for the them as the game progressed, Dinare kept their heads up and fought to the last whistle.
