Debswana First Division North side, Palapye All Stars have vowed to play their game against Mahalapye Hotspurs this weekend despite a directive to move fixtures to next weekend.

The league secretary, Rapula Gaothobogwe said in a communication to the teams that week 22 fixtures have been moved to April 23. He said the committee has taken into account that there are pending issues to be resolved by the end of the week, which have a bearing on the log standing.

The reason for the postponement of the fixtures is to give the committee time to deal with issues concerning Tonota FC ,which have two games pending that might affect the log standing. Tonota failed to play their matches against Kazungula FC and their game against TASC was not played over the weekend because of a kit clash.  Palapye All Stars chairperson, Molefhi Obenne told Mmegi Sport yesterday that they do not agree with the postponement. He said the decision would affect their plans.
