OT redeems himself

University of Botswana pugilist, Oteng 'OT' Oteng redeemed himself admirably on Saturday when he stopped Khumoetsile Lesole of BMC in the first round of inter-club boxing competition at Glenn Valley.

After a long unbeaten run, Oteng, a former Olympian lost a local bout to teenage sensation, Kabelo Bagwasi a fortnight ago in Lobatse and had to salvage his pride at the weekend.

The sharp-hitting OT put the Lobatse set-back at the back of his mind and went all out to prove he is still the country's best. From the start, he thoroughly outclassed Lesole and it came as no surprise when the bout ended in the first round.
