On-form Spiking Stars credit change of venue

Mascom Volleyball League dark horses, Spiking Stars, have attributed their change in fortunes to shifting their training sessions to Gaborone.

Coach Dikgang Kgosane said they moved their training sessions from Ramotswa because it was difficult for players who stay in Gaborone to travel to Ramotswa.

He said because of late afternoon traffic delays, players always arrived late in Ramotswa. Spiking Stars are third on the log with 47 points. They have played 19 games, losing five. They continue their top four-finish quest over the weekend when they meet Victory Seekers in Lobatse.
