Extension Gunners' interim coach, Nelson Olebile has drawn a line under his clash with his captain Ofentse Mmipi insisting he expects the player to play a critical role in the club's remaining games of the season.

Mmipi was dismissed from training last Thursday after rebuffing an instruction from the technical team during training. But Olebile said the issue was now water under the bridge and the player was expected to officially apologise to his teammates as well as club's management on Monday afternoon.

"When a young boy does wrong you simply show him the way and teach him the right thing to do," Olebile told Mmegi Sport. "As a player he needs to be level headed, more so, being the captain of the club. He is also in the national team; so he needs to be exemplary. When he goes out of the way he needs to be brought back into line. But I believe we can go far with his experience," he added.
