MOGODITSHANE: Police IX snatched their first win of the season after coming from behind to beat Notwane 3-2 in a lukewarm encounter at the SSKB on Saturday. The Jungle Kings were trailing 2-0 at the end of the first half. They had started the game on a low note, but woke up from slumber in the second half.

The Toronto boys' hard work paid off in the 37th minute, when Langson Sichola found the back of the net after a through run. But the Notwane's celebration was almost short-lived, when the Jungle Kings nearly took advantage of a lax Notwane defence only to be  let down by poor final ball. Eight minutes later, Notwane increased its tally courtesy of Lemogang Maswena.
