Notwane host men�s netball extravaganza

The event takes place at Botswana Netball Association (BONA) courts on Saturday with two clubs expected from South Africa’s Northwest Province.

Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation are behind the event.  Notwane will face five local rivals in BDF Cats, Jaguars of Police, Rocky Giants, Lemenkwa and Jwaneng.  The two South African sides are expected to give more competition to the locals.  The host team spokesperson, Lesego Masole said although the purpose of the tournament is to drive the mandate of their partners, it will also go a long way in promoting stagnant men’s netball, which is at its infancy.
