Notwane eye Chiefs' duo

Coca-Cola Cup holders, Notwane are reportedly interested in the services of Mochudi Centre Chiefs' duo of Oteng Moalosi and Gobonyeone 'Shoes' Selefa. It is understood that Toronto approached the Mochudi giants last week seeking permission to talk to the two players.

After claiming the Orange Kabelano Charity Cup, Notwane coach Paul Moyo is said to be keen to beef up his squad to retain the Coca-Cola Cup and to recapture the league title.
Notwane publicity officer James 'Ace' Mooki told Mmegi Sport yesterday that they have enquired about the services of Moalosi. He said that he is not aware that they are interested in Under-23 international Selefa.

The defender joined Chiefs from Notwane in January under controversial circumstances. After his move, he has become the pillar of strength at Chiefs where he sometimes serves as captain. It is reported that Township Rollers have also shown interest in Selefa but because of their sour relationship with Chiefs, they have reigned in their ambitions. "Some of Notwane officials have been calling me but I'm not prepared to move right now because Chiefs have been able to deliver all their promises. I've heard reports that I'm not happy at Chiefs but that's not true," Selefa told Mmegi Sport.
