No Mathata stays put in debut season

SELEBI-PHIKWE: No Mathata were a largely unknown quantity when they gained promotion to the First Division side at the start of the season.

Fielding rookie players, they were expected to make a quick return to Division Two, but as the campaign draws to a close they have proved they are a force to reckon with.

The Botshabelo-side has defied the odds by waging a good fight that made sure they were never in the relegation equation. As a result, big names are knocking at their door looking to sign players. Club spokesperson, Mpho Tsumake said they are happy with the way their season has progressed.
